Fly to Bodø
From Bodø Airport it’s a swift five-six minute taxi ride to the city centre terminal, where the high-speed boat to Træna departs. The journey includes a boat change at the island of Onøy.
Train to Bodø
If you’re arriving by train, the journey onward is simple – approximately a ten-minute walk from the railway station to the city centre terminal.

There are several options for long-term parking in Bodø, including Bodø Airport.

Approx. 5 hours and 10 minutes by high-speed boat.
Fly to Mo i Rana
From the airport, it takes around 1 hour and 15 minutes by taxi to Stokkvågen high-speed boat quay. From here, the boat continues directly to Træna. For bus connections, we recommend checking entur.no.
Train to Mo i Rana
From the Mo i Rana railway station, it’s approximately 1 hour and 10 minutes by taxi to Stokkvågen.
Car and parking
Long-term parking is available at Stokkvågen quay (limited capacity).
From Stokkvågen to Træna:
High-speed boat: approx. 1 hour and 30 minutes
Car ferry: approx. 2 hours
Fly to Sandnessjøen
A taxi ride from Sandnessjøen Airport to the high-speed boat quay takes up to 15 minutes. The boat runs directly to Husøy in Træna.
Parking in Sandnessjøen
Long-term parking is available at Karivika and through Alstahaug Port Authority.
